Refunds & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for payments made on Gully Championship — tournament entry fees and purchases from the deals store — operated by [Registered business/entity name].

1. Pricing & currency

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The amount payable is displayed before you confirm any payment.

2. Tournament entry fees

• Before registration closes: if you cancel a team registration before the organiser’s registration deadline, you are eligible for a full refund of the entry fee, less any non-refundable payment-gateway charges where applicable.
• After registration closes / fixtures generated: entry fees are generally non-refundable, because slots and fixtures are finalised based on paid registrations.
• If a tournament is cancelled by the organiser or could not be held, the entry fee is refunded in full.

3. Store purchases

• You may cancel an order before it is shipped or marked ready for fulfilment for a full refund.
• For eligible items, you may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if the item is damaged, defective or not as described. Some items may be non-returnable where stated on the product page.

4. How to request a cancellation or refund

Raise a request from within the app (your order or registration screen) or email [email protected] with your order/registration reference and the reason. We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours.

5. Refund method & timeline

Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method through our payment partner. Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, though the time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

6. Non-refundable charges

Payment-gateway or processing fees, and any charges explicitly marked non-refundable at the time of payment, may be deducted from a refund where permitted by law.
