These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Gully Championship mobile application and the websites at gullychampionship.com and its subdomains (together, the “Platform”), operated by [Registered business/entity name] (“we”, “us” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to register. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. The services

The Platform lets you, among other things:

• discover and join local multi-sport tournaments (the Gully Championship module), and, as an organiser, create and run them;
• follow live scores, fixtures, standings and statistics;
• browse and purchase deals and products offered by sellers on the Platform;
• discover nearby places and services and use community features.

We may add, change or discontinue features at any time. Some features depend on third-party services (for example maps, messaging and payments), which are subject to their own terms.

3. Tournament entry fees & purchases

Some tournaments charge an entry fee, and sellers list paid products. Prices and any applicable taxes are shown before you confirm. By completing a payment you authorise us and our payment partner to charge the amount shown using your selected payment method. Payments are processed by a third-party PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway; we do not collect or store your full card, UPI or bank details.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
• upload content that is abusive, defamatory, obscene, infringing or that violates another person’s rights;
• interfere with, probe or disrupt the Platform, its security or its infrastructure;
• misrepresent scores, results or your identity, or impersonate others.

5. User content

You retain ownership of the content you post (team details, photos, posts, listings). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute that content solely to operate and promote the Platform. You are responsible for the content you post and confirm you have the rights to share it.

6. Seller & organiser responsibilities

Organisers are responsible for the tournaments they run, and sellers are responsible for the products they list, including their accuracy, legality, fulfilment and any taxes. The Platform facilitates these activities but is not a party to the agreement between a user and an organiser or seller unless expressly stated.

7. Intellectual property

The Platform, its software, design, logos and content (other than user content) are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify or create derivative works except as permitted by these Terms.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required to protect the Platform or its users. You may stop using the Platform and request deletion of your account at any time by writing to [email protected].

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at the location of our registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
